Originally introduced in the 70's as a purely export brand with America written all over it (with an American flag and motif of Abe Lincoln himself). Made up of 70% corn, and then rye and barley, PennyPacker was the number one selling bourbon in Europe through much of the 70's and 80's.

Tasting Notes

"PennyPacker is exactly what it says--a bang for your buck. There’s a quick, easy nose of vanilla, caramel, and alcohol before it transitions to a smooth mouthfeel. A little doughy near the finish but to be expected from young whiskey. Nothing too special, but also nothing to scoff at with its easy-drinking price. "
