Bowmore 15 Year

Delicious. Beautiful color. Smoke on the front with some sweetness at the finish.

Slightly smoking, salty with a sweet dark malt/fruit finish.

Drank this neat at Cooperage in Philadelphia. Lighter peat than some of the big Islay offerings and sweeter sherry influences. The combination of peat and sherry is enjoyable with neither being overpowering.
