Reviewed July 31, 2021Extremely smooth and well rounded, no doubt benefitting from being aged in the different barrels. The taste I couldn't pegged down must be the honey notes. A great scotch to pair with a fine fish dinner. -

Reviewed May 27, 2021Holy shit. We found the holy grail. What deal did Jim McEwan do with the devil to concoct this masterpiece? Why dost other scotches exist? Bright citrusy nose. Chocolate, coconut and a hint of aged tobacco. Sweet like peach. Jim, thank you for leaving your everlasting impression upon my palate. My taste buds thank you. -

Reviewed March 18, 2021 (edited April 3, 2021)Oak, peach, smoke, vanilla. More alcohol on the finish than I expected. Something dry on the finish too like a dry red wine. The empty glass smelled great, real bourbon smell to it. Got it on the nose a bit too. -
