Reviewed July 28, 2020 (edited December 26, 2021)This is a great scotch. I found it full of light, crisp and fresh fruits. Apple, stone fruits, gentle lemon, light honey, and some spice. The palate is rich and coating. Good malt and cereal sugar come up quickly, add some spice with a bit more lemon and light toffee. The finish is strong but fades into oak and a trace of light bitterness. Overall this is a full and strong experience. I highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys fresh, 1st fill bourbon. -

Reviewed June 12, 2020Very bright and sweet and friendly, with no mustiness weighing it down like you might get in a speyside. The flavor is a backbone of grains, honey, and maple syrup, but if you swirl it around in your mouth, you’ll taste just about every fruit in existence bouncing in and out of the flavor profile. There’s also a notable bit of black peppery earthiness to offset the sweetness. Bonus guest review from my friend: “This is what I imagine scotch would taste like if I liked scotch.” Take that how you will.17.0 USD per Pour
