On the nose, the barley dominates, with a woody background (cork) along with something salty. Not smoky or peated at all. Very rich on the taste, with a sweetness that takes a time to show up (vanilla and caramel). A soft sensation despite of the alcoholic content (50%). Medium to long finish, very pleasant and gentle.
