Tasting Notes
"Fruit notes shine on the nose, particularly cherry along with the standard hint of vanilla. Barrel spices are plentiful and pleasant. The whiskey smells yeasty and sweet. As you taste, the rye notes seem to stand out a bit more than the other players with a tangy flavor overall. There's a waxy quality to the whiskey and a more bitter than sweet ending to the dram. Interesting from an experimental standpoint and best to purchase for a whiskey tasting meant to share with others."
