Tasting Notes
"The aroma is rich with vanilla, caramel-covered popcorn, oak and a lightly charred smoke. The bourbon is full and chewy on the palate, but not excessively dry and tannic. There's a soft round mouthfeel with more of that rich vanilla coming through. The wine finish comes through at the end with some raisin and orange peel notes as well as some bittersweet chocolates. Speaking of the finish, it's lengthy and warming. Pour yourself a glass, particularly on chilly evenings to help keep you warm."
