Bulleit Bourbon Blenders' Select No. 001

I pick up a bit of mint (spearmint) on the nose. Also woodiness and baking spices can be picked up. The attack is soft and prickly. Butterscotch is a prevailing initial flavor, but baking spices of all spice and cinnamon take over. There is a Slight tannin mouth-feel that creates a med-short finish.
