Tasting Notes
"The nose features caramel-covered pretzels, warm, creamy grits, and cassia bark. The palate offers wood tannins and barrel char alongside vanilla extract, as well as a touch of acid and fruit from blackberries and lemon peels. The finish is pleasant and lengthy, with rye spice and black pepper, fresh mint, and cream soda. (Review of batch 22-10)"
