Nose: smells great Palate: Sweet Finish: Oak/toast

Great to see the unique flavor profile, although still Bulleit a very unique take on high rye bourbon with baking spices and spicy wood notes. Pity it’s not easy to get more

N: old oak, cinnamon, deep brown sugar P: cinnamon, baking spice, light corn, earthy wet oak H: moderate, complimentary A delightfully balanced drink. Earthy oak suggests some age, with accompanying sweeter baking flavors counterbalance.
