Bunnahabhain 12 Year

Caramel and cake nose. Bready. Sharp on the tongue, lighter flavor than the nose indicates. Grass and vanilla. Light body.

Nose: orange, brine, floral, honey, waxy Palate: sweet honey and floral up front, slightly briney and waxy character, black pepper spice at the back end. Finish: medium long with lingering notes of sweet malt and a sea breeze.

Nose: soapy/lavendar, smoky Palette: rummy/spicy start, woody/smoky finish, almost maple bacon/savory Finish: long

Perfection. Nose: Wow. Briny with deep barrel sweetnes, and dark red dried fruits. There's subtle peat too, just enough for you to know it's there. Palate: The brine flows through the palate as if you we're tasting the ocean water from Islay. Subtle dark cherries are present in the background. Finish: The finish is long and pleasantly sweet, and leaves the tounge savory with a tingling sensation.

Brine, mellowed peat, vanilla beans, banana, mellowed clover honey, toasted almonds, fruity, dried apricots, white peach, banana foster, gradually fade, sweet and burnt sugar.

Probably one of the best 12 years old Single Malt.. bitter sweet complex
