Tasting Notes
"The sherry upon sherry maturation shows. Big notes of balsamic vinegar, as well as Demerara sugar and marzipan. There's a whole array of berries and grapes as well. The palate has an oily, syrupy quality to it, and flavors of fudge, Black Forest gâteaux, brown sugar, and thick salted caramel. If you've a sweet-tooth, this is a must-try."
