Bunnahabhain Toiteach A Dhà

Sets you in fire more so than the 'regular' bunnahabhain. And to be honest, I don't think that was much needed. Even as a smoke and peaty enthousiast I prefer the regular. Which says a a lot about the regular. Because this drink is really enjoyable. Cheers.

Buttery peat nose. Saturated coastal peat. Earthy, meaty peppercorns.

Softly peated, very sweet with a hint of red cherries and fruit from the sherry barrels. A bit harsh on the front end

Just smoky enough with very little spice. You can truly taste and smell the Malin Sea which surrounds Islay… if you’re into that…

Nice one on the light-peat spectrum, winter fruit notes on the background and oily aftertaste

Good whisky
