Such an interesting one! The nose gives an impression of coastal/beach dust and stone with some hints of licorice, while the palette is strong, salty and doesn't hide the wine's kiss from its finish. Long aftertaste. Not an "easy" dram!

Everything good with the 12yo is here augmented, strong character both on the nose and palette, iodine, wood and leather, very tasty dram

Interesting nose with varnish and berries, notes of raisins and date in the palette. Has a "lighter" character than the 12yo and a bit underwhelming aftertaste

Really interesting one, pretty intense peat on the nose but not smoky, hints of dark chocolate and sweet nuts on the nose and palate, earthy tones with damp grass and peat (no smoke at all!) in the palate and after

First impressions: deep dark color, less oily texture than Green Spot. Strong bitter chocolate with red berries and raisins on the nose, "closed" palate tbat opens up with a drop of water, releasing a cookie flavor! The apple is there too, just more on the red side of the apple-spectrum as opposed to Green. Aftertaste is less creamy and more "dry" like having eaten dough that drained the moisture from your mouth.

Very light peat on the nose, almost indifferent taste, easy drinker but doesn't leave an impression

Sweet, tasty and warm but not exceptionally smooth like some other Speysiders

Light nose, unexpectedly "heavy" and rough palate with intense earthly, grassy and herbal tones, not really sweet
