Bushmills Original

Nose: pear, honey, buttered rolls, malted grain Palate: honey, grain, wood spice, pear Overall, a decent whiskey. The spice comes out on the finish and ends with a distinct sweetness. It’s nothing incredible, but definitely worth a try.

Toffee, slight acetone nose. Overall not bad, smooth finish

Other than a hint of pome fruit, cereal, and some baking spice, it’s rather thin. Not a lot going on. Would not recommend neat, but it worked very nicely in my Tipperary cocktail.
