Canadian Club Chronicles 41 Year

Very smooth. Good flavor but not really complex.

Didn't know Canadian Club had whiskey this old! Bought my bottle from Binny's and man was it tasty. No heat due to the low proof, with a perfect combo of smoothness and flavor. The sherry and vanilla really stand out

Delicious. Smooth. Rich. Very good whiskey

Nose is sweet and vanilla but mild. Taste is smooth and not in a bad way. Can pick up the sherry, wood, grains, maybe some dark cherry. Finish is medium to long. There is nothing wrong with this juice

At Darby's Kitsilano in Vancouver in a Glencairn glass. Not peated, nevertheless amazing.

Had this with some wagyu ribeyes. Expensive meal to say the least but this whiskey was so good. Full bodied, smooth, sweet with vanilla and brown sugar and some definite spice. Complex whiskey that I enjoyed. I love the peated stuff but a good rye always hits close to home.
