Tasting Notes
"The nose is filled with aromas of fresh berries, rhubarb, violet, and a hint of woodsiness. The palate is bright, fruity, and floral, but a tinge of vegetal bitterness gives it an amaro-like edge to keep it in the aperitivo-zone. Rather than the typical orange notes, the flavor profile is more strawberry rhubarb, with a hint of roasted almonds, delicate spices, and balanced black tea-like earthiness. "
