Reviewed December 16, 2024I've tried quite a few dry vermouths over the past year and this one is probably my least favorite. It is cheap, but it lacks character and with other dry vermouths at the same price point, this one gets lost in the shuffle. The nose has mineral notes and grape. It's nothing great, while the palate is sweeter than I would expect a dry vermouth to be, with green apple and lemon zest. The finish is very short and again leans sweet. In no way is this offensive, it just doesn't offer up enough to make it worth choosing over the many other dry vermouths out there. Stick to Dolin Dry for about the same price.15.0 USD per Bottle -

Reviewed March 12, 2023 (edited March 23, 2023)Tasted neat and neat chilled. Liter bottle. Straw color in the glass and thin coating legs. Nose is floral, over-ripe grapes, and light grape syrup. In the mouth, tart to sour grapes and floral sweetness. Slight bitterness, but it doesnt cut the sweet-sour profile. Light thin mouthfeel. Finish is limestone minerality, dry, and still sour. Short finish but a light sour lingers. There are so many good dry vermouths. This is not one of them. Carpano Antica is one of the best sweet red vermouths, but this dry cousin is not in the same league. Go with Dolin or Noilly Pratt.26.0 USD per Bottle -

Reviewed June 7, 2022Not very good. Very sweet on the nose, like candy and fruit. Very dry on the palate and sour. Made me pucker a little bit. Skip this one and go with Noilly Prat
