Cascade Blonde American Whiskey

Light, sweet and smooth drinking. There is a little alcohol warmth on the finish. Nothing extraordinary, but not bad for the price.

Smooth! Light hints of honey and mildly bodied. No real after taste maybe vanilla. Great on the rocks as a sipper or with a mixer such as coca cola. Reasonably priced, and readily available.

To be fair, this is not my typical profile and it’s pretty good considering that it isn’t. To me, it’s similar to Johnny dram and makes a good cocktail. Smooth and simple. Vanilla and mild oak. No smoke and really no heat. A little fruity (apricot).
