Tasting Notes
"The color is dark for a 3-year old whiskey, especially with 51% Canadian rye. Alcohol-forward nose with a little earth and grains. Palate is rough and bitter, like over-brewed black tea. Some flavors of grains, oak and vanilla and a touch of fruit. Short, slightly hot and bitter finish with a little corn, vanilla and oak."
