Tasting Notes
"The nose is rather gentle with soft smoke, smoldering embers and subtle earthy notes, followed by Band-aids. There're touches of heather and moss, but also some puff pastry. Plenty of earthy peat and licorice on the palate, as well as charcoal and smoked, sweet barley husks. Not your average peater, but very good."
