Tasting Notes
"It has a classic Kentucky bourbon nose of dried and fresh apple, clove, nutmeg, cinnamon, toasted breakfast cereal flakes, and a hint of leather. The palate is rich, oily, and viscous, with caramel and spice flavors up front. Fruity notes of apple and pear appear toward the back palate with more spicy heat ushering in a somewhat abrupt finish, though some flavors – particularly spice and vanilla linger momentarily on the palate. "
