Castle & Key Restoration Rye 2020 (Batch 2)

Nose: Slight burn but not much. Baking spice, apple and a nuttiness. Taste: Very smooth, initial heat but falls fast and flat. Fruity but not overwhelming, definitely not a spicy rye if that's your jam.

Nose: brown sugar, light spearmint, light spice, black pepper, and cinnamon Taste: Medium sweetness, tobacco, light char, baked cinnamon, slight oiliness Overall: big fruit on palate, good balance, interesting mineral note on back end, medium long finish.
