Dill, citrus, vanilla, caramel, oak, rye bread, honey, mint, pepper. Great oily mouthfeel. Some cinnamon and rye spice, especially on the finish. Enjoyable rye and I will want to try additional releases.

After visiting the distillery, I was hoping for a better rye.
