Catoctin Creek Roundstone Rye Distiller's Edition 92 Proof

The first thing I smelled was something like sour pickle? I came back to it and found the sweet nose I was initially expecting, butterscotch and lemon. I tasted coffee and chocolate, but this had a lot of pepper and spice as well, especially on the finish.

Not the greatest. Smells like it taste. Confectioners sugar and lemons

Not much on nose. Maybe some raisins on the palate. Decent spicy finish.
