Reviewed July 10, 2021Nose: sweet and syrupy, butterscotch, cherries, vanilla, some yeasty rye overtones Taste: cherry bomb of a rye, vanilla, cherry chocolate Finish: thin but not disappointing. Some lingering spice to hold you. Impressions: I like this. I wouldn't turn it down, but I wouldn't seek it out.. I paid too much for it in a whiskey bar, but it was worth exploring the brand. -

Reviewed May 21, 2021Powerful lemon cake aroma. Subtle rye spice underneath. On the tongue it's all rye though. I get a hint of soap, but I feel like I taste that with rye a lot. Probably just me. On the finish I find the lemon again. -

Reviewed April 20, 2021The first thing I smelled was something like sour pickle? I came back to it and found the sweet nose I was initially expecting, butterscotch and lemon. I tasted coffee and chocolate, but this had a lot of pepper and spice as well, especially on the finish. -
