This expression marks a 2023 re-boot of the brand from Foley Family Wines. It is a high-rye bourbon distilled and matured in Texas from a mash bill of 60% Texas-grown #2 corn, 36% unmalted rye, and 4% malted barley that is distilled exclusively in a Vendome pot still.
It is matured for a minimum 6 years in new American oak with a #3 char and bottled non chill-filtered at a cask strength of 115 proof. .

Tasting Notes
"Aromas of cast iron-popped popcorn, toasted multigrain bread and candied apples fill the nose. The palate has a toasty gingerbread quality to it, with flavors of spiced fruit compote and rich maple sweetness. The finish of this densely flavored and rather viscous bourbon is on the sweet side, with a lingering roasted popcorn flavor mixed with charred oak. "
