Cimarrón Blanco Tequila

This is an excellent value with a profile closer to a tequila you would find in Mexico. The flavor summary is agave and a touch of spice but subtle. This blanco is better than the reposado in my opinion.

An elegant Agave Spirit by Master Distiller Enrique Fonseca for Tequileña Distillery (NOM 1146) crafted with an autoclave under low pressure, 2x distilled with a column still, before being bottled additive free at 40% ABV. It has an aromatic birth with notes of cooked agave, earth, fruits, herbs & spices; while a bold life adds notes of vanilla, honeydew melon, olive, mint, lemongrass & dill; that led to a balanced death of medium length with notes of mushrooms, black tea, sea spray, black pepper & cinnamon.

Drlicate flavor, light bodied, with a hot finish, not quite what I'm looking for in a sipping tequila.

Brimy

A blanco tequila that i really enjoy. Very agave and floral forward. Sloghtly harsh but not too difficult by any means. Amazing as a mixer, but can be used to sip on if you prefer.
