Clase Azul Tequila Plata

A rich, Agave Spirit from Mexico that is slow cooked in traditional ovens & distilled before a triple filtration; then packaged in unique, handmade decanters created by local artisans & craftsmen. It has an aromatic birth with notes of agave & spice; while a rich life adds notes of syrup, vanilla, caramel, oak & a hint of steel; that led to a balanced death of medium length with notes of sherry, pepper, pineapple, earthy & floral notes. Excellent CA as usual. Smooth and flavorful.

Pretty smooth, not bad overall

very sweet, notes of vanilla/floral sweetness that turns into more traditional, soft agave. The finish also has some sweetness and is short to medium length. Fantastic shot tequila but i cant say the price point is worth it, especially for a plata.

Floral/fruity nose. Sweet with a peppery finish. Nice, but not quite as nice as the reposodo.
