Clear Creek's "Cavatappi" grappas are produced from the pomace (skins and seeds) of Italian grape varieties left over from wine production. The Nebbiolo is bottled at around 90 proof.

"Clear Creek's Nebbiolo Grappa is one of the more approachable takes on the category. With invitingly fruit-forward aromas, its more assertive side comes through on the first sip. There its earthier, greener notes take center stage, balanced by a soft mouthfeel that gradually warms to a long finish."
