"Though many fruit brandies are bottled without ageing, it's unusual to come across an unaged apple brandy. Neversink's first brandy is light in body and fragrance, but pleasantly rounded when sipped neat. The taste and aroma of crisp apple is subdued at first and most evident on its nicely lingering finish. It's a solid first offering that should pique interest in the distillery's future products."
