To me, the aroma is strong honey and a hint of clover, or spring dew. The longer I let it open up, the more dark caramel aroma came through. The taste is a bit of a surprise given the aroma. Sweet, but not like honey, more of a syrup quality that coats the tongue and washed to the back of the palate. The salt for me was almost non-existent. It has a burning, lingering finish that starts at the tip of the tongue and slowly moves back

Sweet, sherry quickly strikes the palate and glides through an oak transition for a quick finish skipping the peat flavor.
