Stranahan's Colorado Whiskey (Discontinued)
American Single Malt — Colorado, USA
Reviewed October 17, 2018Not bad! Huge fan of the diamond peak. This has some more wood spice for sure in it and slightly less banana, but more vanilla. Overall still a great pour, but it won't replace the diamond peak for me -
Angel's Envy Bourbon Finished in Port Wine Barrels
Bourbon — Kentucky, USA
Reviewed September 28, 2018Wow, the port finish really does something special to this bourbon, probably one of the most interesting noses I've ever had on a bourbon. Pallette is less so, but still incredibly fruity and rich which isn't something I normally find. Very cool -
Green Spot Single Pot Still
Single Pot Still — Ireland
Reviewed September 12, 2018 (edited January 18, 2019)Just a fantastic Irish whiskey, I even prefer it to the Yellow Spot and Redbreast 12. On the noes there is some light fruit, mainly apple and coconut are two I seem to always get and some pear with vanilla mixed in between it all. Upon drinking though, it is just a super friendly, fruity with some slight biscuit note that I tend to taste in Irish whiskey. While I know many may not agree this is better than yellow (I'm not even entirely convinced, I tried it at a bar so who knows what state the bottle was in or if that's what they actually gave me at all, will have to buy a bottle in the future to confirm...) I hope everyone interested in Irish whiskey give this a try, especially if they maybe didn't particularly enjoy RB12. This may be closer to your taste, it is for me!61.0 USD per Bottle -
Nikka Coffey Malt I find more enjoyable than both the Yamazaki 12 and Harmony. It is just everything I like in a whisky. Very sweet, really reminds me of chocolate milk with a heavy cream and chocolate note and some nice baking spices sort of like a cookie with some cinnamon. Very very pleasant, and the grain isn't even close in taste in my opinion. Whenever people mention they're pretty close I get so confused because it seems like a night and day difference to me.66.0 USD per Bottle

Clynelish 14 Year
Single Malt — Highlands, Scotland
Reviewed September 8, 2018 (edited November 5, 2019)Lavender, honey, lemon, and saltwater with the slightest slightest slightest bit of smoke. Like Nikka from the Barrel levels of smoke. One of my favorite bottles to pour for people looking to experience trying to pick out the different "notes" of a whisky. They are just unmistakable in my opinion and work so so well together. What a great bottle.60.0 USD per Bottle -
Stranahan's Diamond Peak (old recipe)
American Single Malt — Colorado, USA
Reviewed September 8, 2018Absolutely fantastic and one of the most unique bottles to come out of America in my opinion. Tons and tons of banana on the nose, which translates almost to a banana's foster on the taste with banana, brown sugar, and maybe a slight bit of chocolate or coffee. Regardless, this is a bottle I always will come back to and will have a place on my shelf. Just wow.68.0 USD per Bottle
