I hoped this would be my unsung hero, my hidden gem, the story of a diamond in the rough first discovered at the northern shores of Scotland. It wasn't. For a while I thought it was: it smells soft like creme brûlée, very promising. The taste however, is criminally unremarkable, like sour apples, and it has a very hot and peppery finish. Onwards, I suppose.
