Compass Box No Name No. 2

Aroma is dry, minerally, chalky banana chips at first, but quickly opens to honied fruits, smoke and fresh pastries showing a lovely malty profile underpinning it all; Palate hits with honey and smoke with a malt kicker followed by sweeter dessert and fruit notes with a coastal profile weaving through; Finish takes a turn for the sweet with fruit and candy notes fading out into the smoke.

Nose: smoky meat, hammy, earthy and dirty, slightly saline, light floral Body: very salty, saltwater in the nose, nasal, smooth and then a visceral crescendo Palate: ash, beach firewood, charred drift wood, lingering smoke, EXTREMELY well-balanced, like blowing candles out Finish: extremely salty, smoky

Sweeter and spicier than no name 1. Leather, smoke, strawberries and cream on the nose. Big hit of spice on the palate. Big bold and tasty.

Huge initial spice hitting the tongue. With the sherry it gives a great fruity taste.

A nice spice hits you on the front foot.. leading you into a delicate yet firm smoke complicated by sweet red fruits.. well rounded and delicious
