Compass Box Spice Tree

Very spicy and rich flavour.. smoky but not

Nose-honey, spice cake,orange peel Flavor- cinnamon, clove, vanilla, oak

Compass box is quickly becoming one of my favorite whisky makers. My only issue with them is price vs quality. They are definitely quality but I don't know if they justify the price. Nose: Very bourbon-ish, mulled spices, honey, brown sugar, chocolate, cereal grain, vanilla, sherry Palate: Vanilla, raisins, baking spice, honey, cinnamon Finish: Medium with a dark chocolate finish Mouthfeel: Compass box velvety mouthfeel, slightly oily but then shows some tannin and astringency.

Nose: Sugar sweetness, some citrus aromas, and other floral notes. Very pleasant. Palate: Toffee, honey, a touch of char, grain flavors. Finish: Pepper and more citrus sweetness.

Unique flavors. Vanilla on the nose. Almost a citrus hit right away. Spice in the middle with a spice finish of clove notes.

Bien fait mais pas a mon goût ! Clou de girofle, cannelle, bombe d’épice !
