Reviewed October 12, 2021 (edited October 14, 2021)Rating: 18/23 Sweet and mature with cherry and tangerine. Some nice oily richness with faint tar at times. There's a moderate amount for maltiness and also some yeast. It really tastes like a 15 year old Speysider. I could go as low as a 17, but I could also maybe do a 20. I'll give this an 18.70.0 USD per Bottle -

Reviewed July 11, 2021Very strong grain aroma, but the flavor is where it gets points for uniqueness. At first you taste almost nothing but a very light sherry, then everything builds up to an explosive tail of spice and coffee. The progression is really cool.Copperworks Distilling Company
