Tastes

Nose - Berries, cola, oak Palate - More berries/jam, spice, oak, dark chocolate and spice. Viscous mouth feel. Finish - Pepper/spice, dark chocolate, oak.

Nose - crisp, citrus/lime, a little cereal Palate - light citrus, woody, a little smoke, pepper/spice, also vanilla, toffee Finish - medium, still some citrus & toffee, smoke fades out Not bad to sip neat, add a little water. Very good for cocktails (Cost I’ve listed is from 2019 or so, had this bottle for awhile. Still under $35 now)

Warm apple & a little nutty on the nose. More apple, homey, some cherry and then some pepper late on the palate. Finish of baked apple.

Slightly peaty on the nose and the finish, hint of chocolate also on the nose. Spiciness and also a little sweetness on the palate. Pick up a little malt on the finish.

Originally tasted at 28 Mile Distilling in Highwood, IL. Very smooth, easygoing whiskey, nice after dinner or dessert drink. Predominately butterscotch flavor (and on the nose) blends well with some of the more typical bourbon flavors such as caramel and vanilla. Hint of Butterfinger candy bar. Makes a fun variation in an Old Fashioned, also good in coffee cocktails.

Nose - a little peat smoke and band-aid, slight sweetness. Palate - more sweetness anf a little fruity, green apples Finish - some smoke remains, slight medicinal quality. Enjoyed this dram quite a bit

Enjoyed this quite a bit. First Indian whiskey, tried it after having a Manhattan cocktail made with it. Fruity, sweet, a little smokiness - i like a sherried whiskey
