Corralejo Reposado Tequila

Not sure I would rate this a 96, but its pretty good. I keep it on hand for pretty much anything (cooking, straight, rocks). Burn is minimal, but has a nice fruity agave flavor. It comes off a little green and citrusy in the nose. Some bottle variation can be found (very subtle sweet smoke vs. almost an astringent burnt rubber note), so be aware. Overall, 3.5 stars all day long. for $21-$25 its hard to beat.

Absolutely delicious! Nice and smokey.

Smoke, oak and spices in the nose, sweet and rich. The palate has spices and baked fruit. Chocolate definitely comes out on the palate and the finish. If any criticism, that too sweet at the dn, wish it had something more refreshing. Ends up a little dry. 4.5
