Tastes

The nose is light, with plants and fruit. The palate is Fruity and flowery, light apples and sweetness. Finish is very short and not special.

Peat is the first thing on the nose. Also the heaviest taste on the palate. A little charred. A little sweetness from malty bread. The finish leaves behind the peat, replacing it with more sweet malt, maybe honey or fruit, and just a touch of peat. Very low on spices. Leaves you wanting another sip

Peat smoke, malt and creamy vanilla and spice on the nose and palate. palate is creamier and has some sweet honey. finish is medium and spice cream, softer on the smoke

Woody and spicy on the nose. More wood and spice on the palate with a touch of cherries

Color is dark amber. Nose is woody oak, tannins, and alcohol. The palate is the same, wood, oak, slightly astringent but also sweet caramel sugars come out. The finish is short with more oaky wood tannins and sweet caramel

Peat and light vanilla on the nose, peaty and oily on the palate with malt

Lots of peat on the nose, with slight sweetness underneath.
