Tasting Notes
"Unlike the Galaxy, this one smells less immediately like beer. It's also much more malty and fruitier (melon and peaches) on the palate. Ginger, grapefruit peel and spicy clove edge their way in to bring it into the finish. The hop flavors definitely create an unusual bitter characteristic, but it's not without its malty charms."
