"On the nose, it's all hoppy beer, which is also the dominant flavor of the finish. However the mid palate has more of a whiskey character with a spicy ginger and citrus base. It's light, funky and certainly not for everyone. Beer drinkers might say they just want a beer. Whiskey drinkers might say they just want a whiskey. However on ice and with some Thai takeout, this has the capacity to satisfy both kinds of drinkers."
