Tasting Notes
"One may think that this would be a smoke bomb as three different types are used here. But the three smokes in combination add more of a flavoring note than anything. The cherrywood smoke is more prominent on the flavor while the peat comes through stronger at the finish. This is reminiscent of a cherry cola without the fizz and sweetness. That's a positive note. The finish is tangy and a bit tight. Could stand to be a higher proof. (review from batch no. 324/aged 7 months)"
