Tasting Notes
"The aroma of the bourbon is akin to corn pudding, pencil shavings and oak. There's a green herbal note here as well as a dollop of vanilla. On the palate, the bourbon feels a little inside out. You get the charred oak notes first followed by some porridge. There's a tangy finish here with a young corn whiskey flavors which stick around and an overall yeasty flavor. Not as balanced a bourbon as it could be. "
