Tasting Notes
"The nose is fresh with sweet vanilla, toasted corn, fresh oak and some apple skins. There's some white chocolate and cereal notes there as well, like Grape Nuts. The whiskey is soft on the palate with a warm spicy finish. The whiskey is a bit lacking on the palate, just not much depth here. But there's an oiliness and touch of sweetness that makes it not so dry at the end. Overall the flavor on the finish leans towards the savory side with dried herbs, with just a hint of vanilla sweetness. "
