Tried neat in Mexico City. It is very herbal and earthy with notes of pine, smoke. Side note: This pre-work salt is very yum

Very fresh and green, muy joven. On the nose I get peppermint and other herbs, earth, fennel, celery, pine, petrichor (yes, I got help from the website for this) and agave with a soft backing of warm toffee and subtle smoked meat. On the palate, peppery (black), piney, minty and herbal with hints of charred wood and citrus peel and just a touch of sweetness. Unique. Very complex with almost no smoke. Well done.
