Tequila BlancoDistilled from 100% blue Weber agave, it is typically unaged , clear, and bottled straight after distillation. Sometimes rested in stainless steel up to 60 days and can also be aged in wood for no more than 30 days.

"Aromas of cooked agave and lime zest with underlying notes of green pepper, sage, and grass appear on the nose. Citrus is the first thing you’ll taste which then mellows to a honeyed sweetness. As it finishes, the tequila becomes drier with notes of white pepper mixed with vanilla and has faint flavors of the spearmint candies your grandmother keeps in her pocket."
