Distilled Gin
Dà Mhìle // Wales
The slight green hue this Welsh gin has is due to it being infused with seaweed post-distillation. It first launched in 2014 on the 1st of March, St.
David's Day--the patron saint of Wales. This gin was specifically designed to complement with seafood.

"A very savory, herbal seaweed profile appears on the nose (as it should) which is really rather enticing for those that like savory gins. Unfortunately, the taste doesn't provide anything for the seaweed to playoff resulting in a green and bitter taste. Could've used a few more botanicals to make it more complex with just a touch more sweetness. Make sure to account for the bitterness when building a cocktail. Try a Gimlet or Bee's Knees. "
