This gin is made from peppermint, eucalyptus, pink grapefruit skin, and yerba mate botanicals from Misiones, the National Capitol of yerba mate in Argentina. It is distilled in a German copper still, with each botanical macerated separately in a wheat alcohol base.

Tasting Notes
"Peppermint and eucalyptus notes overpower all other botanicals on the nose. The gin is soft on the palate with a slightly oily mouthfeel. Same spicy and herbal profile on the palate. Would stand up to something bold like a Negroni. "
