Deanston Virgin Oak

Lemon nose? Subtle nose. Good after a burger. A bit harsh but also has a sharpness is contained. Seems well made. The third sip as usual lets you feel alcohol- it is a nit harsh. Grains.

Leather, red apple skins , treacle honey , peppery pear , whif of light smoke on finish , raw woody from the new oak , toffee …this is great for the price. I see this being a big seller in an increasingly pricey market. A little rough though
